All families interested in St. Mary of the Woods
are invited to our annual Open House at the end of January
in celebration of Catholic Schools Week.
School Tours and Shadow Days
Families interested in St. Mary of the Woods are
welcome to visit the school for a tour or student shadow
day. Please contact Joyce Conrad at 773-763-7577 or via
email at jconrad@smow.org to schedule an appointment.
Registration Process
Registration for Pre-K, Kindergarten, and new
students entering grades 1-8 will be held after the first of
the year. Parents must complete the registration forms and
submit all required documents (see below). There is a
registration fee. Please contact Joyce Conrad at

information.
Required Documents
In order to be admitted to St. Mary of the Woods
School, the following must be submitted:
• Birth Certificate
• Baptismal Certificate
• Completed medical records updated in accordance with state
law
• If transferring from another school, the parents must sign
an authorization for the transfer of records. The records
should be transferred before the student begins school.
