The inspiration for this artwork was Vincent VanGogh's painting "Sunflowers". Mrs. Deanna Wohlgemuth, St. Mary's Art Teacher, taught "Crayon Technique and Shading" to produce these master pieces. The 2nd grade students were shown VanGogh's Sunflower painting along with a vase of real sunflowers to create every art lovers dream drawings.
