Club
Membership Dues
Each club
member must commit to a monthly membership. You may
commit to for a semester if you would like. You may sign up for our
club meetings on a weekly or a daily schedule per semester. Our
meetings run from 2:50 until 6:00, Monday through Friday. Our club
meetings will be held on all full school days throughout the school
year. Our dues will be collected on a quarterly basis. Each member
will be charged a flat rate of $15 per day. Each additional
family member will receive a club discount of $5, being only $10 per
day. If a registered member has a change in schedule and chooses to
drop-in for an unscheduled day, his or her daily dues that day are
$20. This member must also have written permission from his or her
parent or guardian. You only pay for the days that your child
attends program.
If a member is involved in one of the SMOW after-school enrichment
programs, his or her club dues for that day are a flat rate of $10.
Each club member’s parent or guardian will be responsible for signing
their member out on a daily basis. Club
registration forms can be found in the
school office.
Kids Club
Discount Volunteer Incentive
As an added bonus if you or a surrogate,
volunteer for one day a month (minimum of 2 hrs) then you will
qualify for a discount rate of $10/day and each additional family
member will be $7.00 a day. Please note that all volunteers must
go through Virtus training and a background check.
Accidents/Emergencies
The Kid’s Club
program will follow the accident and emergency procedures as stated in
the school handbook.
Safe Releases
For the
safety of our club members, the school doors are locked. Therefore,
please ring the bell near the gym entrance. Also, all parents and
guardians must sign out their club member (including time of pick-up)
each day.
